Paralympics ceremony in South Wales Senedd with a parade of athletes from the Ty Hywel between the Senedd & the Millennium Centre to the Senedd steps where 12 year old Harri Jenkins-a member of the federation of disabled sports Wales and a wheelchair athlete was presenting flowers to the Paralympics athletes.
